Campaign "ResponsAbility": Series of Activities

Sillamäe Society For Child Welfare in cooperation with UNITED for Intercultural Action is organising a series of activities in the framework of Campaign "ResponsAbility" dedicated to the International Day Against Fascism and Antisemitism.  

 

Here is the list of activities planed from 1.11-09.11.2012 in Ida-Virumaa, Estonia:

1. Poster competition "The righteous of the world" between schools of Ida-Virumaa 1.11-09.11.2012

2. Internet Lesson "Global catastrophe: why we have to study it?"  on the bases of Yad Vashem museum, Kohtla-Järve Ühisgümnaasium, 1.11.2012 

3. Discussions "So that people have survived" and viewing video chronicles - Narva 6 Kool, 02.11.2012

4. Exhibition of Yad Vashem "Holocaust through the eyes of children" and publications, Narva Humanitaar Gümnaasium, 3.11.2012

5. Seminar "Anti-fascism - Anti-racism: CENTURY 21" - Aseri Gümnaasim 5.11.2012

6. An Educational Seminar "ResponsAbility -  It's in Your Hands" for students including visiting memorials in Sinimäe. - Sinimäe Põhikool, 6.11.2012

7. Round table: "No to fascism" based on the movie "Ordinary Fascism" - Sillamäe Gümnaasium, 8.11.2012

8. Essay competition "Past - part of the present and future" - 1.11-09.11.2012

9. Open Lecture "Jewish resistance through times" by Irina Golikova - on Public Radio 4, 9.11.2012    

10. Celebration of International Day Against Fascism and Antisemitism 9.11.2012
